Executive Decisions

To agree that members of the Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE) may nominate substitutes to represent them if they are unable to attend the meeting themselves.

That the Constitution of the Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education be amended to provide for substitutes for any member of the four groups making up its membership, where the appointed member is unable to attend a meeting.

For the Executive Member to agree the Term Dates 2019-20

RESOLVED that:

      i)        the term dates for the academic year 2019/20 are approved.

     ii)        Tuesday 3 September 2019 be set as an in-service training day for all schools.

To agree the Mainstream School Education Transport Policy 2019/20.

RESOLVED that the Executive Member for Children, Young People & Learning approves the mainstream school education transport policy 2019/20.

RESOLVED that the BFC procurement plan be approved.

To approve the Procurement Plan for the Integrated Sexual Health Service.

That the procurement plan to tender for the provision of an integrated sexual health service in Bracknell Forest be approved - while the project scope is to procure sexual health services for the three local authorities in East Berkshire, the service will be locally defined and the service will be responsive to local needs and conditions.
