That the Executive Member for Adult Services, Health and Housing awarded the  0-19 Public Health Nursing Service contract to Tenderer A, Option B (Proposal 4) (as set out in confidential annex of the Director of Adult Social Care, Health and Housings report) which will  commence on 1st April 2018.
