RESOLVED that

The Executive Committee noted progress to date in pursuing possible investment opportunities discussed at its meeting on 14 March and received an update on newly identified opportunities for consideration.

The Committee agreed that the investment opportunities identified as properties 12 and 14 be pursued, and that properties 15 and 16 not pursued.
