East Berks Public Health Arrangements PDF 164 KB To agree the new arrangements for the delivery
of the Public Health Service in East Berkshire Minutes: RESOLVED that
i. The Executive agree the new East Berkshire arrangements for Public Health delivery; and
ii. The current Berkshire-wide Public Health arrangements are dissolved, and the new system put in place, including the appointment of a Joint Director of Public Health for East Berkshire and Frimley ICS. |

Joint Working with Health
To approve the Blueprint for Joint Working that sets the direction of travel for exploring joint working opportunities between BFC and East Berkshire CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group). Minutes: RESOLVED that
i. the blueprint for joint working between BFC and East Berkshire CCG be agreed.
ii. the contents of the attached blueprint including the potential benefits of joint working and proposed next steps for implementation be noted. These include to explore the creation of a joint commissioning team and to undertake an appraisal of opportunities to create shared teams. |

Procurement of a Neutral Vendor for Agency Staff
To seek Executive approval to adopt a
‘hybrid’ approach of a neutral vendor for agency staff
from 1 April 2021. Minutes: RESOLVED that the proposed re-procurement of a neutral vendor contract for provision of agency staff be approved, together with procurement of key specialist agencies, following the approach detailed in strategic procurement plan attached to this report. |
