To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of the Board held on 11 March 2004.

Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interests on any items on the agenda.

To consider the following motion:

That pursuant to Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of items 9 and 10, which involve the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following categories of Schedule 12A of that Act.
