To consider the following motion:

 

That pursuant to Regulation 4 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2012, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of item 6 which involves the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

 

(3)        Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority).

Bracknell Town Centre Regeneration Update

To consider the latest progress report on proposals for the regeneration of Bracknell town centre.

Minutes:

RESOLVED that:

 

1          That the land deal outlined in Appendix A of the Assistant Chief Executive’s report which will be included in the third variation to the Development Agreement be approved.

 

2          That the approach to the voluntary sector outlined in Appendix B be endorsed, noting that the organisations in Section B are likely to cease to operate in June 2013.

 

3          That authority to appropriate land required for the development be delegated to the Borough Solicitor.

 

4          That the general approach outlined in the report be endorsed.
