To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 4 July 2011.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 4 July 2011 be approved and signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

Any other items which, pursuant to Section 100B(4)(b) of the Local Government Act, the Chairman decides are urgent.

There were no urgent items.

To note the amendment to the Council’s Constitution in relation to the Bracknell Town Centre Regeneration Committee.

RESOLVED that

1          The amendment to include the authorisation of land disposals and acquisitions required in connection with the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre be noted.

2          The amended reponsibilities of the Chief Officer: Property, to grant landdisposals which are contractually required of the Council be noted.

To consider the following motion:

That pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2000, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of item 7 which involves the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

(3)        Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority).

RESOLVED that pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2000, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of item 7 which involves the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

(3)        Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority).

To consider the latest progress report on proposals for the regeneration of Bracknell town centre.
