RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 23 March 2009 be approved and signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

That pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2000, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of item 6 which involves the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

(3)        Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority).

Item 6 Bracknell Town Centre Regeneration Update

Resolved that:

1. The Committee endorses the approach to the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre as set out in the report and amended paragraph 5.3 including the updated work streams attached at Appendix A.
2. That the executive be requested to recommend to Full Council that funding for meeting the costs of works carried out in default to Winchester House be approved up to a value of £400,000.
