PDF 24 KB Minutes: The Council considered the report regarding the proposals for variations to the Council’s Executive Arrangements required by the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007. Following a consultation on the changes to Executive Arrangements the majority view was that the Council should retain a Leader plus Cabinet model. On the proposition of Councillor McCracken, Executive Member for Culture, Corporate Services and Public Protection, seconded by Councillor Birch it was RESOLVED that the proposed alterations to the Council’s Executive Arrangements set out at revised Annexe A to the report be approved.
