Declarations of Interest Members are asked to declare any Disclosable Pecuniary or Affected Interests in respect of any matter to be considered at this meeting.
Any Member with a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in a matter should withdraw from the meeting when the matter is under consideration and should notify the Democratic Services Officer in attendance that they are withdrawing as they have such an interest. If the Disclosable Pecuniary Interest is not entered on the register of Members interests the Monitoring Officer must be notified of the interest within 28 days.
Any Member with an Affected Interest in a matter must disclose the interest to the meeting. There is no requirement to withdraw from the meeting when the interest is only an affected interest, but the Monitoring Officer should be notified of the interest, if not previously notified of it, within 28 days of the meeting. Thames Basin Heaths Special Protection Area Supplementary Planning Document PDF 545 KB To approve the Thames Basin Heaths Special Protection Area Supplementary Planning Document for use as a material consideration in the determination of planning applications. Additional documents:
Minutes: RESOLVED that: i) the adoption of the Thames Basin Heaths Special Protection Area Supplementary Planning Document (SPASPD) is approved, under the provisions of Section 23 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and Paragraph 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 as a material consideration in the determination of all planning applications validated from the date of its adoptionand on a case by case basis for planning applications validated but not determined before the date of its adoption; ii) the Thames Basin Heaths Special Protection Area Avoidance and Mitigation Supplementary Planning Document (TBHSPD) (2012) is revoked under the provisions of Section 22 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and Paragraph 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012; iii) the publication of the Consultation Statement is approved in accordance with Paragraph 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012; iv) minor changes prior to adoption in (i) above be agreed with the Chief Officer: Planning, Transport and Countryside in consultation with the Executive Member for Planning and Transport.
