RESOLVED that

      i.        the Digital & ICT Strategy 2021 – 2024 is approved.

     ii.        the outline work programme included in the Strategy is agreed.

    iii.        the governance arrangements proposed in paragraph 3.3 of the Executive Director: Delivery’s report is agreed.
