RESOLVED that
i) the methodology for advertising the Framework opportunity, evaluating supplier submissions, and appointing suppliers to the new Framework agreement be approved.
ii) the new Framework Agreement is implemented using a Dynamic
Procurement System (DPS) so that suppliers may join the Framework at any point during its lifetime.
