Under the Council’s Public Participation Scheme for Overview and Scrutiny Rebecca Murphy, representing CPRE Berkshire (Campaign to Protect Rural England), spoke to the meeting regarding the inclusion of reference to protecting green belt spaces within the Council Plan.
