Pursuant to Section 10A0B(4)(b) of the Local Government Act 1972, the Chairman decided to accept the following application as an urgent item.
Application 16/00171/PAC The Brackens, London Road, Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 8BE
Application for prior approval for the change of use of existing office (Class B1) to residential use (Class C3) comprising 32 apartments.
The Chairman reported that the Committee needed to take a decision on this application in the next 56 days, if they did not, deemed consent would be granted.
The Committee noted:
· The supplementary report of the Head of Planning tabled at the meeting.
· The objection detailed in the supplementary report.
It was RESOLVED that Prior Approval be granted. The proposal would therefore comply with Class O of Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
