The Committee considered an update report outlining the areas of progress made since its last meeting and setting out proposed next steps for the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre.

RESOLVED that:

1          The approach to the ongoing negotiations as set out in the Assistant Chief Executive’s report be endorsed;

2          The date in clauses 9.7.3 and 26.11 of the development agreement be amended to 16 October 2014.
