To seek approval to award the contract for the construction works for the final Phase 4 of the expansion of The Brakenhale School under the Education Capital Programme previously approved by the Executive.

Minutes:
The Committee were assured that the level of contingency available for this work was sufficient. It was agreed that contingency funding be added to the risk section.
RESOLVED that the contract for the construction works for the final Phase 4 of the expansion of The Brakenhale School be awarded to Tenderer A as set out in section 25 of the attached Restricted Appendix A.
