To update the Committee on the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre

Decision:

RESOLVED that:

 

1.1          the Committee endorse the approach set out in the Chief Officer: Planning, Transport and Countryside’s report.

 

1.2          the Committee approve progressing with the Masterplan actions as outline in the Chief Officer: Planning, Transport and Countryside’s report.

 

1.3          the Committee endorse the proposed way forward with Market Street site proposal as outlined in the Chief Officer: Planning, Transport and Countryside’s report.

 

1.4          the Committee note the new structure for the regeneration service.

To progress the Council’s strategic theme of a strong and resilient economy.
