Purpose:

To seek approval of the Road Condition Surveys Contract Procurement Plan

Decision:

1          That the Procurement Plan for the purchase of highway condition surveys attached at Annex 1 of the Director of Environment Culture and Communities report, be approved.

 

2          That the contract award approval be delegated to the Director of Environment Culture and Communities.

Reasons for the decision:

It is a requirement of the Contract Standing Orders that the Executive member approves any Procurement Plan with a value in excess of £400,000.

A number of options were considered and were detailed in Section 3 of the Procurement Plan.
