To obtain endorsement and approval to the continuing approach to the Bracknell town centre regeneration.

Decision:

1          That the approach to the ongoing negotiations as set out in the Assistant Chief Executive’s report be endorsed; and,

 

2          The date in clauses 9.7.3 and 26.11 of the development agreement be amended to 16 October 2014.

Reasons for the decision:

To progress the Council’s key priority of a town centre fit for the 21st century.
