To agree the Directorate Service Plans for
2020-2023.

That the Directorate Service Plans for the period 2020/21 are endorsed.
Reasons for the decision:
Directorate Service Plans support the Council Plan and form a key part of the
Council’s overall local performance framework. It is necessary to maintain a
framework that provides transparency, accountability and oversight of the
performance of the organisation.
