To update the Committee on the regeneration of Bracknell town centre.

Decision:

1          The approach to the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre as outlined in the Assistant Chief Executive’s report be endorsed.

 

2          The decision by the Director of Environment, Culture and Communities to offer reduced town centre car parking rates to MACE and their contractors for the period of the town centre regeneration be endorsed.

Reasons for the decision:

To progress the Council’s key priority of a Town Fit for the 21st Century.

The options considered were detailed in the Assistant Chief Executive’s report.
