To obtain endorsement and approval to the continuing approach to the Bracknell town centre regeneration including endorsing and making the necessary approvals relating to the land deal, emerging designs, the CPO and appropriation
RESOLVED that:
1 That the land deal outlined in Appendix A of the Assistant Chief Executive’s report which will be included in the third variation to the Development Agreement be approved.
2 That the approach to the voluntary sector outlined in Appendix B be endorsed, noting that the organisations in Section B are likely to cease to operate in June 2013.
3 That authority to appropriate land required for the development be delegated to the Borough Solicitor.
4 That the general approach outlined in the report be endorsed.
